Reiki is a Universal Life Energy, to which we all have easy access to without exceptions until we are around 8 years old.
Coming to this world, we are naturally connected to the Source (God, the Higher Consciousness). Newborns and young children are more ‘there’ than ‘here’. They do not think about it, they do not question it. They are a natural part of the Source.
As a result of socialising, intellectualizing and ‘grounding’ by the system, children begin to question this natural connection, deny it and forget about it through the denial and belief that only what is tangible, visible and explainable exists.
In this way, the free flow of the Cosmic Energy through their bodies is being more and more blocked. As teenagers and then adults, majority of people forget about their deep intuitive gifts; about the ability to tune in, listen self-heal their own bodies; they forget how to rise and keep their vibrations high, to live in the creator rather then survivior mode. There are endless aspects of our magic and power within, that we forget about and often never discover. This happens due to mind programming, which we are socially subjected to; attempts to control our lives and us by others; old fashion schooling and media manipulation.
Reiki Energy Alignement Ceremony
Reiki initiation (Energy Alignement) allows young people to preserve their powerful connection or to restore / retrieve the connection and bond stronger with the Source. The earlier this Ceremony is carried out, the weaker the influence of the outside world on the freedom and uniqueness of the child.
My role during the Ceremony is to create an atmosphere of safety, magic, awareness of what and why we do it, joy, lightness, that gives young people the sense and feeling of being participants of something very special and unique.
In case of younger children 8-11 years old, I focus mainly on the Energy Ceremony, which last for about 30 minutes, and includes brief introduction into the process and the Initiation itself.
In the case of older children 12-16 years, I spend a little bit more time on introducing youngsters in very light and engaging way to the philosophy and practice of Reiki.
Then I conduct the Ceremony.
