The Reiki energy that flows through Paula is extremely relaxing and calming. The conversation preceding Reiki itself makes me feel at ease and the atmosphere of the healing place is very warm and friendly. Today I know that I found the right person.  

Each Reiki session with Paula is a very positive, deep and relaxing experience. I love meditations lead by Paula. Our meetings are like a tonic for my body and soul. Not only they regenerate and relax me deeply, but they also allow me to work on my concentration and breath what very much help me to deal with a control and obsessive thinking that I’ve suffered from for few years.

I was always very active and energetic person but since I got pregnant I realised how much my current life had been burning me out.

First Reflexology session with Paula, in a nice atmosphere, with soothing music caused a real inner revolution. Together with a deep relaxation of my body, my mind also began to slow down. After only few meetings I noticed a huge change in me.

I emanated with peace, I changed my priorities and what’s most important I felt growing connection with my baby.

Paula creates healthy and safe space for development. Our meetings allow me to see better, to understand and feel what is happening inside of to me. She teaches me how to speak honestly and courageously, to pay attention and to work with my weaknesses and inadequacies; how to introduce solutions that complicate my life less and better influence my health, I have been neglecting for years. Paula doesn’t try to change me or to fix me. She rather teaches me to search for healthier ways to live that she later on strengthens by giving me practices, techniques and tips, I can use in everyday life.

This way of working strengthens my sense of self responsibility, awareness and inner discipline.

My panic attacks and nervousness, which were painfully accompanying me for many years are practically gone with Paula’s help, which makes my life much more peaceful, beautiful and happier.
