What is an online session?



Online sessions are a space to meet with clarity, presence, and care. They are coaching, holistic therapy, and mentoring—woven together to support what’s alive in you now.

You may arrive with a question, a feeling, or simply a sense that something wants to shift.

We listen together—to your words, your body, your breath, and what’s beneath them.

The session follows your rhythm, not a fixed method.

This is a space for emotional clarity, energetic alignment, and practical insight.

It can support you in moments of transition, confusion, preparation, or integration.

I provide exceptional service, a unique holistic approach to work, genuine care and dedication and a truly transformative inner adventure that will change your life.

Each session lasts 60 or 90 minutes and takes place via Zoom or voice call.

Depending on what’s needed, it may include emotional healing, mindfulness, pattern recognition, Quantum Breathwork, guided meditation, shamanic work, or sound healing. Sessions are available in English or Polish for women and men.

If you feel stuck, tangled, or simply need to be witnessed with depth and precision, this space is open to you.

What happens during an online session?

The most important thing during our meeting is sincere readiness and openness to the healing process. Only in this way we can find the most effective solution to your problem. It is important to remember, that without your inner consent and readiness to heal, change will not occur. The will and your consent to change and improve the quality of your life, play a key role in our work together.

During the online session, through visual & energetic contact (rapport) and mutual conversation, together, we uncover conscious and unconscious emotions, blocks, situations and traumas and their patterns encoded in the body, which we then stimulate and push to the surface to be released. By unlocking the areas in which the emotional or physical blocks were located, we help to dissolve resistance and assist in solving many life problems. Whichever way we work and whatever approach we take, healing always takes place on both, the emotional and physical level.

Before and after online session

Online sessions last 1h or 1.5h. Each session begins with an conversation during which the topic of the meeting and the possible course of the session is discussed. Each online consultation ends with an exercise to be practiced between our meetings. That allows you to be proactive in your own healing and contemplate on changes you notice. It also helps to go through the difficulties and crises of everyday life with greater ease, wider perspective and self-awareness.

Subsequent meetings are arranged depending on your needs and the time you have.
